Homegrown beef

We are a family-owned cow-calf farm in Southampton, NJ. For more than 15 years, we have been raising Angus cattle, and in 2018 we expanded our herd by adding American Wagyu.

Today we proudly raise both breeds, allowing us to offer premium beef right here on our farm.

Our cattle spend their days grazing pasture, enjoying our homegrown hay, and receiving our custom Clover Valley Farm feed blend.

As animal nutritionist, we formulate our own feed to provide the vitamins and minerals our herd needs to thrive.

Combined with a low-stress environment, quality nutrition plays an important role in raising healthy cattle and producing exceptional beef.

Our steers are finished on a carefully balanced diet of grass and grain. This approach allows us to develop the rich flavor, tenderness and marbling our customers have come to expect from Clover Valley Farm beef.

We offer our beef in bulk by the 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef options three times a year: Winter, Spring, and Fall.

If you are new to ordering your beef this way, that’s okay! We walk you through the steps and help you choose which cuts of beef to order. When ordering beef this way, you are 100% in control of what you get to order. All of your steaks, roasts, ground beef and specialty cuts will be aged, vacuum sealed and clearly labeled.

We added honey bees to our farm. By keeping bees on our farm, we improve pollination for our crops, resulting in better harvests and the bees get to enjoy all the pollen from the diverse crops we plant for the cows. You can find our flavorful Pastures Edge Honey available for purchase in our farm market.

Farm Fresh Eggs & Poultry

Our laying hens are pasture raised. We raise a mix of all different breeds, so you can expect to see brown, white, green and blue eggs in your cartons.

Fresh Turkey

Enjoy our seasonal pasture-raised turkeys for your Thanksgiving meal.

Our birds are all raised free range enjoying pasture life while having access to our special Clover Valley Farm feed that is packed with minerals and vitamins for their optimum health. Plus! all that sunshine also means extra Vitamin D!
