Beef Season is here! Reserve your Clover Valley Farm beef now
A true 1/4 of beef. Hanging weight is $6.50/ lb plus the butchering fee. The $200 deposit is to reserve your beef. That deposit is applied to beef at pick up.
Our beef is grass pasture raised and grass hay and grain finished.
Winter Beef:Sent: February 19th, 2026 -Beef will be ready early March
Spring Beef: Sent: April 29th, 2026 -Beef will be ready end May
Summer Beef: Sent: June 3rd, 2026- Beef will be ready early July
Fall Beef: Sent: Aug. 13th, 2026 -Beef will be ready mid Sept.
If you are looking for more than a 1/4, please increase the quantity for the order to fit your 1/2 or whole needs.
We don’t believe in fear-based marketing, but if you were wanting confirmation: our beef is fed grass (and lots of it!), no antibiotics, no hormones, no vaccines ( except for tetanus shot for steers at castration time, because tetanus is found in the soil and we have lost animals without it)
