2027 Beef will be made available on Oct. 1st, 2026 for reserving your bulk beef.

Each quantity ordered required a $300 deposit , which reserves your beef and will be applied to your final balance at pick up. The remaining balance is based on hanging weight at $9/lb*. plus butcher processing fees.

If you would like a larger share, please adjust the quantity in your cart:

• qty 1: Quarter Beef

• qty 2: Half Beef

• qty 3: Three-Quarter Beef

• qty 4: Whole beef

2027 Beef Schedule:

• Winter Beef: Sent: February 10th, 2027 -Beef will be ready early March

• Spring Beef: Sent: April 14th, 2027 -Beef will be ready mid May

• Fall Beef: Sent: Aug. 11th, 2027 -Beef will be ready mid Sept.

• *The prices listed here is our best estimate based on today’s cattle market. We believe in being fair and upfront with our customers. If cattle market changes before your beef is processed, pricing may need to be adjusted to reflect that.

Beef Orders are pick up only( we do not ship our beef). When checking out, make sure you select “pick up”. Shipping will then say $0. if using apple pay, select more payment options.
