A true 1/4 of beef. Hanging weight is $5.75/ lb plus the butchering fee. The $200 deposit is to reserve your beef. That deposit is applied to beef at pick up.

Our beef is grass and grain finished. They are fed everything we grow here on the farm.

Winter Beef: Sent: February 6th, 2025 -Beef will be ready early March

Spring Beef: Sent: April 24th,2025 -Beef will be ready end May

Fall Beef: Sent: Sept. 4th, 2025 -Beef will be ready early Oct.

If you are looking for more than a 1/4, please increase the quantity for the order to fit your 1/2 or whole needs. ex: 1/2= qty2, 3/4= qty 3, whole=qty 4
